The lower Wolastoq
The hub of the river, not the end of it.
Gagetown sits where the lower Saint John River opens in every direction. From this dock you can reach island anchorages, two big lakes, and a quiet upriver run that almost nobody guides — and come back the same evening.

A gap worth filling
The run up to Fredericton.
The stretch of river between Gagetown and Fredericton is beautiful and barely guided — about fifty-five kilometres of quiet water through the valley. More boaters are finding it every year, including newcomers and cruisers from away. Gagetown is the natural place to start, refuel, and rest.
